If you have adopted a dog from Lu’s Labs and are considering returning your rescue for any reason, please complete the form below. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss the issues or change in circumstances you are experiencing and review options with you. Note that, per the Lu’s Labs’ adoption contract, a Lu’s Labs dog is never to be surrendered to a shelter or otherwise rehomed; the dog MUST be returned to Lu’s Labs.
